Philadelphia Foundation Welcomes Two Distinguished Financial and Community Development Leaders to Board of Managers

Philadelphia Foundation, a leading driver of philanthropic impact in the Greater Philadelphia region for over a century, today announced the appointment of Andy Rachlin and Pari Hashemi Magura to its Board of Managers. These additions bring extensive expertise in impact investing, wealth management, and community development to the foundation’s leadership.

Andy Rachlin serves as President of Spring Garden Capital Group, where he oversees new product and market development. His background includes serving as Managing Director at Reinvestment Fund, where he led originations and credit analysis teams while raising more than $80 million in impact investment capital. His public sector experience includes roles with the Philadelphia School District, City of Philadelphia, and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Rachlin currently serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Green Capital Corporation and teaches as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania’s City and Regional Planning program.

Pari Hashemi Magura brings significant wealth management expertise as Managing Director of Investments and Financial Advisor at RBC Wealth Management. Named to Forbes’ Top Women Advisors list in 2022 and Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list in 2023 and 2024, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to both financial excellence and community service through her board roles with the Greater Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the Samuel S. Fels Fund.
